Pile is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's standard end-user licence agreement, linked below.

The agreement

By downloading and using Pile, you agree to be bound by the Apple Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (the Standard EULA). That document is the binding agreement between you and the developer for use of this app.

No warranty

Pile is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Photo deletion

When you choose to delete photos through Pile, those photos are moved to your iPhone's Recently Deleted album, where they remain recoverable for 30 days before being permanently removed by iOS. You — and only you — are responsible for the deletion decisions you make in the app.
